The Southern Highlands has become my favourite place to live. When I first arrived in Australia, I would rush to Tamarama beach many years ago. Now my preferred place to be is under the shade of a tree. I am totally spoilt for choice here, there are spectacular trees all around this area.
Meet Corina, Corina sells properties here and together we worked on some portraits for her social channels and website. I wanted to develop some different images from typical Real Estate profile photos. The lifestyle here is less aggressive than the city, people have more time to chat, and there is generally a more relaxed atmosphere. I wanted the portraits to reflect this way of life and incorporate nature. No shoulder pads necessary, welcome to a more laid back community.
We all do our research on Instagram these days, it is such a great platform to get to know the personalities behind a brand or a service. We are interested to know where Corina might have her coffee, the fact that she is a mother of 5 and her suggestions of where to shop for organic vegetables. It is not just about the beautiful homes she is selling; it is also about what kind of person she is and how we might connect with her.
